I head up our National Business Group of offices outside London and am a member of our Executive Board and Strategy Board. I am also the head of our Corporate Property Management team that manages over 5,000 properties for occupier clients.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

  • My core expertise is occupier focussed and I have acted for occupier clients such as AB Inbev, Azzurri Group, Bestway, Booker, Burger King, Byron Hamburgers, David Lloyd Leisure, Inspired Gaming Group, Marriott Hotels, Pizza Express, Whitbread and WH Smith.
  • I am responsible for managing Pizza Express’ 375 site estate in the UK and Ireland ensuring that we improve operational effectiveness, minimise risk, add value and control costs for our client through real estate activity.
  • I operate as the day-to-day account manager for contracts such as Burger King UK.
  • The team here at Gerald Eve are well equipped to manage the transition should you decide that outsourcing is the right option. We operate a system which allows for a seamless transfer of property and treasury functions to us.
