Stephenie is a Partner in our Planning and Development department based in the West End. She provides planning advice and prepares planning applications for a wide range of mixed use, commercial and residential development proposals within London and throughout the UK, advising a wide range of corporate clients and landowners.

Stephenie has a thorough understanding of the dynamic planning process and of the varying objectives of key decision makers and stakeholders, gained through both public and private sector experience. This enables her to help devise a planning strategy which minimises risk whilst maximising clients’ objectives.

Specific experience

Stephenie carries out appraisals and advises on regeneration schemes including retail, commercial, hotel, change of use, educational and housing proposals involving heritage, land use, design, viability and environmental issues.

Regeneration – Television Centre masterplan for Stanhope and Media Village masterplan for Stanhope

Central London estates – advises on all aspects of central London development for clients such as Capital & Counties Covent Garden and Grosvenor.

Arts and Cultural Uses – advised the Royal Academy on the masterplan including sensitive alterations to the listed buildings.

Hotels – advising on new hotel developments and sensitive extensions and alterations to existing hotels, including the Mandarin Oriental, Knightsbridge and the Wellington, Covent Garden.

Residential developments throughout central London involving issues such as affordable housing, residential mix and various heritage and amenity issues.

Proposals involving listed buildings and conservation areas throughout central London.

Office developments throughout central London including the London Fruit and Wool Exchange in Tower Hamlets for Exemplar Properties.
