I’m the senior historic rates audit specialist at Gerald Eve, based in our West End office. I specialise in forensic audits which include identifying errors relating to billing, payment of refunds, correcting Valuation Office errors, Rating List discrepancies and opportunities for retrospective certification.

With over eight years’ experience, I manage all Gerald Eve’s historic audit instructions, covering clients from all sectors and every size portfolio. I started with the company in our Rates Payment Management Service department where I gained a comprehensive understanding of local authority administration. I have an in depth understanding of UK Rating Law and Regulations based on successful IRRV studies.

I work with most of our rating clients, with key instructions including Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, EDF, Freshwater Group, A S Watson and Lidl.
