I am a specialist rating surveyor at an Associate level, who is focused on producing savings through negotiation of appeals, empty property relief mitigation and by using other innovative techniques to minimise clients’ business rates liabilities. My clients include Europa, Engie UK, Keltbray, Bucher Municipal and Go Ahead.

I advise clients in the distribution, manufacturing, and construction sectors on rating matters, which includes providing strategic advice for a wide range of property types, serving and handling appeals, budgetary advice, and providing updates on rating law.

I have particular focus and knowledge of London and the South where I deliver specialist rating advice to clients. I also challenge assessments and negotiate property matters with the Valuation Office regarding appeals for occupier and landlord clients.
