I am a Senior Associate and RICS Registered Valuer in the London office lease consultancy team. I focus largely on the Midtown, Kings Cross and West End submarkets, as well as key locations across the south-east.

I have over 5 years of experience in advising landlord and tenants on rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears.

I specialise in providing strategic advice and handling lease disputes, from budgeting phase through to the negotiation and settlement. I guide clients on how to mitigate the risks and uncertainties of the dispute resolution processes through effective negotiations.

I have experience of acting as an Expert Witness when required, preparing written evidence for arbitrations and independent expert determinations.

My notable clients include University College London (UCL), Global Holdings, The Bedford Estates, IWG (Regus), Capita plc, and The Arch Company.

 

MY RECENT PROJECTS

  • I am currently advising UCL on all lease events across their core portfolio in King’s Cross and Bloomsbury and have a strong knowledge of the market dynamics in this location. Since 2019 I have achieved rent savings for UCL of over £2.5m.
  • I have recently advised Global Holdings on 50,000 sq ft of Grade A office space on Chancery Lane, negotiating the rent review of the whole building on their behalf and achieving an uplift in a challenging Covid-19 period.
  • I advised IWG on a rent review of a 18,000 sq ft building in the West End, securing a favourable settlement and rent payment plan with the landlord.
