Prior to working in Corporate Real Estate, I spent 4 years working inhouse at the NHS where I assisted in delivering transformational targets for their large nationwide estate. This included strategic advisory work in a range of sectors including healthcare and offices associated with the owned, leased and NHS supply chain estate.

Prior to working with EDF Energy, my sole client focus was with the NHS. My role ranged from advising on national multi-asset portfolios to high level occupier options appraisals to more local level execution of lease events.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Strategic Estates Review – responsible for delivering an in-depth estates review by advising the largest NHS landowner in the East Midlands on how best to generate cost savings from their large multi asset portfolio
• Stakeholder Engagement – responsible for negotiating a lease renewal of a 30,000 sq ft NHS office Headquarters where multiple public sector organisations were engaged at Exec level
