I have experience in providing Corporate Real Estate solutions to large public and private sector organisations. My role has ranged from preparing high level options appraisals to executing lease events that have generated large cost savings for my Clients. My current role includes advising EDF Energy on all land matters of their non-operational estate surrounding their Nuclear Power Station portfolio. I also advise Heathrow Airport on Corporate Real Estate matters, including the successful implementation of their new security screening programme that is critical to support their ongoing estate operation.

Previously, I provided inhouse asset management advice to NHS Property Services on their £4bn estate, which comprises 3,000 properties across a range of commercial property sectors in the UK.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• Strategic Estates Review – responsible for delivering an in-depth estates review of the largest NHS landowner in the East Midlands on how best to generate cost savings from their large multi asset portfolio
• Exec Engagement – responsible for negotiating and managing the lease renewal of a 30,000 sq ft NHS Headquarters
