Property consultancy Gerald Eve has advised Capital City College Group (CCCG) on the sale of its freehold interest in the Marlborough Building, a former further education college on Holloway Road, Islington.
The prime North London site was bought by Aviv Comp Ltd for redevelopment for in excess of £10.5 million. This is the latest in a series of educational property and business acquisitions and sales by the award-winning education team at Gerald Eve.
The deal was led by Partner William Ray and Associate Ben Gilbey from the Operational Real Estate team at Gerald Eve. The purchase by Aviv Comp Ltd was led by Elleric Ltd and advised by partner, Jason Grussgott at Nextgen Real Estate.
