The Gerald Eve Residential team has won Professional Advisor of the Year at the RESI awards 2022.

The awards ceremony recognises the UK residential property sector, taking place at a black-tie dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel in central London, the ceremony was hosted by actor and comedian Sally Phillips.

The Gerald Eve Residential team who were announced as winners on the night include a cross practice of experts from specialist Valuation, Capital Markets and Planning and Development. The team provide advice to clients all over the UK helping to deliver hundreds of thousands of new homes every year. At the awards ceremony judges recognised the firm’s commitment to diversity and inclusion as well as their outstanding work across the sector.

Since joining the firm in 2021, I have been impressed by the work my colleagues across the firm provide to the Residential sector whether it be build to rent, family homes or student accommodation – we are the advisor of choice to ensure deals are done. This award is a fantastic team achievement – well done all.

It was exciting to hear one of the reasons the team won at the RESI award was because of efforts in the D&I space.
