Property consultancy Gerald Eve has moved to strengthen its planning and development team with the appointment of two new members of staff at its Manchester office.
Clare Pilling joins from Matthews & Goodman as a senior planning consultant, specialising in providing planning advice to a range of private and public sector clients with particular experience in mixed-use, residential and leisure development.
Clare’s appointment follows on from the arrival of Dominic Page as a planning consultant. Formerly with King Sturge, Dominic has consultancy experience on residential, commercial, mixed-use and retail schemes throughout the Midlands and North of England.
Harry Spawton, planning partner at Gerald Eve’s Manchester office, comments: “Clare and Dominic have proven track records in the planning and development spheres and their appointments will assist in delivering an even better level of service to our clients.
“There’s growing demand for specialist planning advice and these appointments are a direct result of a rise in the number of new instructions Gerald Eve is winning, allied to the firm’s strategy of strengthening advisory teams to provide the very best service possible across all of our disciplines.”
