I have over 18 years experience working in real estate having worked for small private practices as well as international property consultants. I have operated in both the investor and occupier sectors which supports me in delivering holistic advice to my clients. I joined Gerald Eve in 2015 and sit within the Corporate Property Management team.
My previous clients have included sovereign wealth funds, private international investment funds, high net worth individuals, livery companies and local authorities. Since joining Gerald Eve I have utilised my prior experience working for investor clients and now deploy those skills in serving occupier clients. I am currently responsible for 380 properties across the UK and overseas. I am highly experienced in the management of property related operational issues, financial and property database administration. Having worked with my clients for many years, I have a deep knowledge of their business strategies whether that be expansion, consolidation, cost control or investment; I seek to orientate my advice accordingly.
I look after geographic regions of the WH Smith and Burger King (master UK Franchisee) estates as well Deliveroo’s entire UK and international portfolio.
