It is the decisions that one takes during the early stages of the project that will largely shape its success. At the outset therefore, we invest considerable time in understanding the project fundamentals, key drivers and constraints, and in developing the brief.
We use that understanding to help shape the complexion of the team and then create the environment within which innovation and creativity can flourish. We guide the process of design development, whilst always keeping in mind our clients overriding objectives.
As the project proceeds through to construction we continue to lead the team, resolving issues as they arise, utilising our experience to ensure the correct allocation of risk between the parties, both at the outset, and if and when change occurs.
