Gerald Eve has won the ‘Alternatives Team of the Year Commercial Property’ category at the 2021 Property Awards, run by leading commercial and residential property news magazine Property Week.

Hosted at the InterContinental London, the Property Awards are one of the UK’s most prestigious annual awards dedicated to the full spectrum of the commercial property industry. The Judges were impressed by Gerald Eve’s Operational Real Estate team’s support of their clients through challenging circumstances across the hotels, education, healthcare, build-to-rent and student accommodation sectors and their market-leading consultancy and transaction advisory, growth in revenues and comprehensive insight into the businesses that underpin alternative assets.
