Gerald Eve has continued to expand its Capital Markets team with two senior hires, strengthening its offer in industrial and logistics and portfolios.
Jamie Hall has been appointed as Senior Associate in the Capital Markets team. He joins the property consultancy from DTZ Investors, bringing a depth of understanding of client requirements and the ability to consider investors’ perception of the market when negotiating the changing landscape.
Jamie’s seven years of experience spans all sectors and geographies and the move to Gerald Eve poses an opportunity for him to specialise in industrial & logistics whilst bringing further adaptability to the team. Having worked on the landmark Kent Pension Fund, which recently won two prestigious MSCI awards for the best performing fund in UK and the best performing fund in Europe for the 10 years to December 2021, he brings with him a client-centric approach.
Jamie joins a growing Capital Markets team, which has also been bolstered by the appointment of Jamie Kelly, formerly of Carter Jonas, as a Senior Surveyor specialising in Portfolios in the Capital Markets team. His three years of experience have been largely spent focusing on development land transactions before looking to benefit from the expertise of established Portfolios specialists who have transacted on over £1bn of assets over the past 18 months.
