Firm is named as a finalist in “Best Healthcare & Wellbeing Benefits” category
Gerald Eve has been shortlisted in the “Best Healthcare & Wellbeing Benefits” category at the 2020 Employee Benefits Awards.
The shortlisting recognises the range of benefits the firm offers in this area as well its innovation in relation to wellbeing benefits and awareness – part of an industry-leading suite of initiatives – that form part of Gerald Eve’s commitment to place people at the heart of its business. Recognising that health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing, in 2019 the firm reviewed and refreshed its health and wellbeing benefits to encompass our employees’ “whole self”.
Helen Foley, HR Director said “We have always viewed our people as our most important resource, and our commitment to their health and wellbeing stems from this approach. The new programme of initiatives we have put in place was specifically designed to enhance employees’ physical, mental and social wellbeing, and it is exciting to have our work recognised with this shortlisting. This is an area we feel passionate about, and never more so now as we work to support our employees’ wellbeing through the pandemic.”
This is the 18th edition of the Employee Benefits Awards, which recognise the talent and innovation from the reward and benefits industry. Winners will be announced through an online ceremony on Thursday 29th October.
