UK commercial property update and outlook

November update

All Property annual total return continued to trend upwards and was just shy of 15% in October. Yield impact accounted for a substantive proportion, though in recent months rental growth has stopped detracting from returns and it actually contributed 1.2 percentage points in October. In part this has been driven by soaring labour and materials cost increases for developers, which we cover in this month’s Spotlight.
