I’m a Partner in our Property and Asset Management team based in London. A Chartered Surveyor with 15 years’ experience, I specialise in value add, mixed use portfolios.
I joined Gerald Eve in 2017 to develop and grow a new business line specialising in portfolio, asset and property management on behalf of investors. The service provides portfolio business plans, acquisition advice, due diligence, transaction management, asset and property management and ultimately disposal and strategy for reinvestment. I am experienced in distressed portfolio workouts and overseeing assets with value-added risk profiles which include development, refurbishment and lettings.

MY RECENT PROJECTS
- Blue Ribbon Park, Coventry – I negotiated terms for forward funding development of this scheme, the newest development in this core industrial / distribution location, located close to J3 of the M6. The scheme comprises five units of 5,500 to 27,000 square feet and was purchased to balance the weighting of industrial locations in a wider portfolio.
- Maximising pension funds – I am responsible for identifying opportunities to add value to my client’s portfolio, and where strategy permits, this can involve assessing development opportunities. One such project was two un-used brownfield sites forming part of my client’s title opportunity, previously valued at £2.5 million. Phase one and two involved obtaining planning consent to develop two student accommodation blocks; phase two included commercial units, private residential accommodation and affordable housing. Phase three of the business plan involves extensive refurbishment and re-positioning of 100,000 square feet of offices. The estimated value of the completed scheme, delivered in stages from 2017, 2019 and 2022, is £131 million, equating to £26million profit for the fund after costs.
- Management of a real estate portfolio for a private family office – On behalf of a private family office I identified an opportunity to improve income and value to a multi-let office via a series of targeted lease re-gears, surrenders and new open market lettings. Managing a modest capital investment of £1.2 million resulted in 36% improvement in value after costs enabling my client to restructure finance.
