I’m a Partner in our West End Office Agency team, part of the Central London Transactions team. I have 13 years’ experience specialising in providing office disposal advice to owners, developers, property companies, institutions and occupiers. More recently I have taken on a new role of Business Development partner for our core clients, focusing on and in the London markets. As an experienced agent, I offer support and understanding across the wider firm helping to deliver client strategies.

My consultancy work with clients includes design development and refurbishment advice on new and refurbished office buildings as well as providing leasing strategy and marketing recommendations. I also have experience selling freehold office buildings with vacant possession. I  completed a 13-month secondment at Derwent London working in the in-house offices and retail leasing team. I worked on a number of refurbishments and new developments across Central London including One Oxford Street, 1 Stephen Street, 80 Charlotte Street, Holden House, The Copyright Building and White-Collar Factory.

My clients include: Derwent London, Motcomb Estates, The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, Global Holdings, Lazari, Tishman Speyer, The Food and Drink Federation, Aberdeen Asset Management, Delancey and The Pollen Estate.

 

MY RECENT PROJECTS

  • The Copyright Building (Derwent London) – Acting on behalf of Derwent London, I agreed a pre let 18 months ahead of practical completion of the entire office (87,150 sq ft) element of The Copyright Building, 30 Berners Street W1 to Capita Business Services (“Capita”).
  • 6 Catherine Street (Food & Drink Federation) – Acting on behalf of owner-occupier clients The Food & Drink Federation, I advised on the freehold sale of their 10,500 sq ft head office on Catherine Street in Covent Garden. I achieved a record capital value of £1,420 per sq ft, reflecting a £750,000 premium on the guide price. A sale and short-term leaseback was undertaken at the same time to allow acquisition of their new offices at 10 Bloomsbury Way, significantly reducing the client’s occupational footprint and cost.
  • 105 Piccadilly (Motcomb Estates) – I have retained the instruction for advising on the refurbishment and leasing of offices at the building for ten years over which time there have been three different owners. Most recently I have transacted on two upper floors on behalf of Motcomb Estates, asset manager to The Reuben Brothers.
